  • Do you work with insurance companies?

    We do work with insurance companies. Our team manages the entire collision claim process, which includes communicating with your insurer, arranging towing, and coordinating rental vehicles.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

    We provide complimentary estimates for all services. For your convenience, we offer same-day estimates and virtual assessments.

  • What paint products do you use?

    We utilize premium paint products from reputable brands such as Sikkens Car Refinishes, AkzoNobel, and 3M to ensure high-quality finishes.

  • Is there a warranty on your paint work?

    All our paint services are backed by a lifetime warranty for your peace of mind.

  • Do you offer any specials or discounts?

    We offer complimentary detailing with any service, a 10% discount for military personnel and first responders, and we will match or beat any reasonable written estimate.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. For your convenience, we provide an after-hours drop-off box.

  • Can I choose your shop even if my insurance suggests another?

    New Jersey law allows you to select your preferred repair shop, regardless of your insurance company's recommendation.

  • Do you provide towing services?

    We can arrange towing services as part of our comprehensive collision repair process.

  • What languages do you support?

    Our staff is able to assist customers in both English and Spanish.
